Week 29 - 32 (May 28 - June 24, 2015)

Hey Little Man,

Well... life has been pretty crazy lately.  I'm so sorry I have missed several weeks of posts for you.  You are currently close to 4 pounds and over 16 inches long... how did the time fly???  Between losing your Popa (my dad), helping grandma, opening a new theatre, and traveling around the country - 4 weeks passed by in the blink of an eye.  That is how much and how fast you have grown.

I helped build and open my first professional theatre.  I was a part of growing (from infancy) a semi-professional theatre in Nashville, a community theatre in Mount Juliet and countless other theatres in my life of performing arts, but this was a big one.  We worked on this for 14 months and the last two nights were the opening previews.  179 the first night and 220 the second night.  What a dream!  I'm living my dream while having another dream growing inside me.

Your sister has been with me.  Grammie (your daddy's mom) has been here as well the last 10 days helping me by hanging out with Mollie.  They have had a grand time, but I think your sister is over it. She really wants some quality time with me, which she will get in a couple of days.  Things are going to calm down after this, so that will be helpful for her.

Your daddy and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary... only we were apart, but he sent me flowers and a bear to your sister.  By the time you are 10 months old, we will be married 15 years!!!

We can't wait to hold you in 8 short weeks.  We have decided to schedule a c-section instead of going into natural labor due to my labor experience with your sister, my age and a few of my risk factors.  Just for the sake of safety and your health.  So... August 17th is the day!  I can't wait to meet you, hold you and snuggle you my sweet boy.  You are loved so very much, my Max, and everyone is awaiting your arrival into our family.

We love you so very much!  Just a few short weeks.

Week 28 - May 21 - 27, 2015

Hey Sweet Max,

This week was somewhat low-key.  You are growing and you are kicking me all the time.  I love that.  It makes me so happy.  We worked on painting your sister's room... well your daddy did all of that with some of Mollie's help, but it is coming along nicely.  Once it is all set up, I will go to work on your sweet room!  We are doing a theme of "Where the Wild Things Are" - the lead character in that book is named Max.  It will be beautiful and fun, and I will post pics when the room is done!

Here is mommy at 28 weeks, you are getting so big!  12 more weeks...

I can't wait to hold you... we are getting so close!  I love you to the moon and back!

Week 27 - May 14 - 20, 2015

Hi Baby Boy,

This week has been filled with work and spending time with your Aunt Veronica, Uncle Nate and the newest edition to the Janiszewski clan, Donovan.  He is only 4 months your senior, so hopefully you guys will be buddies.  Your sister was so good with him - she is really ready to meet you and hold you.  I have so enjoyed holding and snuggling Donovan making me even more ready to hold you in my arms in 13 short weeks, or sooner!  We are about to head into our 3rd trimester.  Our last couple of months with you in my tummy... I love feeling you in there kicking and moving.  I will miss it, but to say I want you to stay in there would be a lie - I am ready for you to be in my arms.

You are around 2 pounds, the size of a cauliflower, though you are definitely bigger than that.  You are growing so well!  I'm measuring a week ahead.  I look forward to seeing how much you have grown on Wednesday - our next appointment.  An issue I had when I was pregnant with Mollie was gestational diabetes... I am due to be tested for this... in fact, I should have already been tested, but have been out of town so much, I haven't.  I'll do that when I get home this week.

On Wednesday, we had an ultrasound to check on where you are located!    We also got great news...  I no longer have a low-lying placenta and I don't have gestational diabetes.  The most beautiful thing was that your Daddy, Sister and I all got to see your beautiful face!

Can't wait to snuggle you and those precious, perfect cheeks!
Love you,
Mommy
